We are currently seeking applications for the position of Field Engineer from qualified individuals looking for a rewarding and challenging opportunity. Previous experience in road building, mining or heavy civil construction would be a definite asset.

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Manage job plans, drawings and specifications
• Manage materials quotations and deliveries
• Manage project schedules
• Confirm quantities on unit price contracts
• Field work such as setting grades, field measurements, and working with site foremen
• Material and quantity take-offs
• Working with and reporting to Project Managers

Qualifications:

• Certified Engineering Technologist, or a Civil Engineering degree.
• At least 3 – 5 years experience in a similar role.
• Previous managerial and supervisory experience.
• Experience and knowledge of heavy civil construction
