Seeking: Financial Analyst

You're an accountant with a CA or CGA designation. You've got 3 to 5 years experience. You're a certified number-ologist, from profitability and cost analysis to budgets, investments and divestitures. You've got some serious skills. But hey, that doesn't mean you're a dull person. And thank goodness, because this is not a dull place. In fact, the motto of our accounting department is "Get triggy with it". And every Friday, we serve pi… right after the mathletic competition.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Projects may include evaluation of potential investments and divestitures.
• Assist in budget preparation.
• Complete variance analysis, profitability analysis, and conduct cost analysis on various business units for management review.
• Carry out analysis of proposals and new initiatives.
• Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses.

Other Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and with various accounting software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required for working with internal departments and external contacts.
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills and ability to multi-task.
