Seawater Area/Regional Manager

Cooke Aquaculture Inc., a dynamic and growing east coast family company, and one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies, has an immediate opening for a Seawater Area/Regional Manager, for our seawater operations in the Coast of Bays of Newfoundland.

Reporting to the NL Production Manager, this position, based in the Coast of Bays Newfoundland, will be responsible and accountable for the performance and results of all marine farms in their designated area.  Through successful leadership you will motivate staff by creating a positive work environment while enforcing policy and procedures.

The successful candidate will have a proven supervisory track record in an operations environment and will possess strong technical abilities in fish husbandry, experience with related seawater equipment, mooring design and maintenance.  Preference given to those with post secondary education in Aquaculture.
