Position: Project Engineer
Type: Permanent / Full-Time

BJ Services Company is a global service company. The Process and Pipeline division has for over 30 years worked with clients to provide expertise and advanced technologies to deliver effective cleaning, drying, testing and other process and pipeline solutions. With offices in Mount Pearl and Dartmouth, we service all of Eastern Canada. We are looking for a Project Engineer to work in our Mount Pearl, NL location.

Main Duties and Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for running process and pipeline projects from pre-engineering through to completion
• Produce detailed and accurate job procedures and field documentation
• Carry out field engineering on-site
• Assist with the compilation of tender documents
• Debriefing of crew members upon completion of a project
• Generate final job reports
• Assist with marketing efforts by submitting articles and papers
• Work in both Offshore and Onshore environments

Qualifications & Skills

• General oilfield experience an asset.
• Recognised engineering qualification, preferably to a degree level
• Self-motivated and innovative
• Display good commercial awareness
• Ability to communicate at all levels
• Knowledge of nitrogen and chemical cleaning processes would be an advantage
