Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Provincial Aerospace is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our team in St. John's.

As Accounts Receivable Supervisor you will be responsible for implementing efficient working processes and will coordinate, examine and verify the accuracy of work in the Accounts Receivable Department. The Accounts Receivable Supervisor will also assist in the preparation of reports and analysis and systems integration. In your role you will develop, recommend and maintain appropriate operating policies and procedures for the accounts receivable department, as well as, setup, maintain and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.  This position will also review, monitor and approve credit limits for new and existing clients, as well as, assist with collections when required.

Qualifications:

• Completion of a post secondary program with a concentration in Accounting
• 2 – 5 years experience in a supervisory role
• Exceptional supervisory abilities and communication skills
• Demonstrated time management skills
• Self motivated and detail oriented
• Knowledge of Great Plains finance system would be a definite asset
