The Position:

Production Manager

You will be charged with managing and organizing Pilotº’s workflow, from the production department through to the press run. You must have a detail-oriented, take-charge personality with the ability to lead and manage staff to produce top-notch results. You are a highly organized individual with five or more years of experience and a strong grasp of project planning, preferably with a marketing/communications background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the master production schedule to ensure efficient trafficking of the all projects within the company
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely delivery of all projects
• Manage client and account team expectations; serve as a resource for all parties during projects
• Serve as a liaison between account and creative teams to ensure seamless communication during projects
• Negotiate and coordinate with vendors in areas of print and delivery schedules, quality control, project quotes and pricing

Professional Requirements:

• Strong business and supplier relationships
• Excellent negotiation, communication and staff management skills
• 5-plus years experience
• Working knowledge of print production, as well as Excel and other office software
