Clarke Road Transport offers a comprehensive truckload service throughout Eastern Canada, Ontario, Quebec and all US points. We are currently looking for a Part Time Fleet Manager to join our dynamic and results driven team at our Halifax, Nova Scotia location.

Part Time Fleet Manager

As a Fleet Manager, you are responsible for ensuring freight is picked up and delivered to the appropriate destination within specific timelines.  To do this you are in constant communication with drivers as well internal & external clients.  This position involves working in a fast paced, changing environment. 

The individual we are seeking will possess the following:

• Availability to work weekends (day time hours)
• Experience as a Fleet Manager/Dispatcher in the transportation field an asset
• This position requires an individual who is adaptable; self motivated, results driven and a team player
• Successful with building and maintaining strong external and internal client relations
• An expert at multi tasking and effectively managing changing priorities
• Proactive, able to identify early on any potential issues, and to implement solutions
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office
