Technical Support Supervisor f/m

Your Mission:

• Maintenance & manpower planning
• Provide technical assistance to Service Field Engineers
• Performance monitoring of the Wind Energy Converters (availability, power curve)
• Customer support, professional correspondence with customers in English and French
• Material & tool management and inventory
• Handling & verification of service and maintenance reports

Your Profile:

• Master of Engineering (MEng) or Bachelor of Engineering (BEng)
• Between two and five years experience in the field of service operations, advantage if in wind farm management
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English and French
• Very good organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Personal computer skills in MS Office Package (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), SAP and Lotus Notes
• Willingness to travel within Canada and to work flexible hours on occasion to meet challenging deadlines
