Kintetsu World Express (Canada) Inc. is an international freight forwarding and customs brokerage company seeking to fill the position of Operations Agent (Halifax Terminal).

KWE Halifax is a dynamic logistics provider in Atlantic Canada, we are looking for someone with experience in freight forwarding or logistics coordination to join our growing team.

Responsibilities include

• Preparation of delivery instructions and documentation
• Monitor and trace International Ocean/Air/Ground shipments until delivered
• Billing and invoicing
• Prepare and maintain various files and reports
• Maintain accurate customer information
• Knowledge of Letter of Credit
• Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment

Qualifications

• Post secondary studies in International Trade or equivalent in experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Proficient Computer skills, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
