Web Developer

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic web developer with experience in Java environments and solid JSP, Javascript, and CSS skills.

Technical Requirements:

• Solid experience developing web properties in Java environments
• Strong JavaScript skills with emphasis on Object Oriented approaches
• Strong chops in HTML, CSS, XML, XSL, XSLT, DHTML, DOM, AJAX, etc.
• Experience with Java and modern Javascript libraries (prototype, jquery, etc.)
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of JSP and other forms of Server Side Scripting/dynamic application server technologies
• Expertise with data exchange (XML, dynamic content, etc.)
• Familiarity with Active X and/or Plug in interactions (Flash, Windows Media Player, etc)
• Expert design integration experience, capable of GUI development
• Experience with Flash development is a bonus
• At least 2 years web development experience and web application development experience

Responsibilities:

• Planning, developing and optimizing all code written in projects
• Working closely yet independently with geographically dispersed clients
• Ensuring deliverables accurately express business/brand logic and needs
• Communicating effectively and making recommendations to clients to improve product development or help the client choose best possible paths of development
• Completing work for time-sensitive projects while instilling an atmosphere of professionalism.
