The Mine Manager will manage, direct and coordinate the departments' activities; obtaining optimum efficiency and economy of operations and to maximize profits.

Our idea of a successful Mine Manager is someone who will use their 10 years of Management experience in the mining industry to successfully develop and implement specific strategies, plans and objectives to ensure maximum profit and return on invested capitol.  In addition, we are looking for someone to appraise and evaluate the results of overall operations to exceed assigned goals. 

The Bachelor of Engineering (Civil or Mining) degree held by the Mine Manager will act as a strong foundation for effectively interpreting operations in accordance with policies, goals and objectives.  Previous experience leading a team will support further direction and delegation required by various operating groups, staff units and other elements under immediate responsibility.
