Atlantic Castings Limited is a state of the art aluminum die casting facility located in the Northside Industrial Park. We are presently recruiting for a dynamic Business Development Specialist to add to our team.

Reporting to our General Manager our Business Development Specialist will be expected to:

• Identify and pursue market opportunities within the aluminum castings field, generating new revenue and customer base in a variety of industries.
• Assist with preparation of procurement opportunities
• Work with clients providing consulting, research, and presentations
• Assist in creating media exposure; advertising, promotional and trade missions.
• Ability to multi task working under strict deadlines
• Achieve profitable results to meet and or exceed existing goals.

The ideal candidate must have:

• Exceptional communication skills, written and oral.
• Ability to work independently or within a team environment, communicating with internal and external clients, government agencies, and various nationalities.
• Knowledge of industry trends, and markets.
• Successful track record in development and marketing strategies.
• Post secondary education in marketing and or public relations with a technical or industrial background would be considered an asset, with a minimum of 5 years working experience.
• Must have own vehicle and be willing to travel within North America.

Salary to be negotiated.
