| Job Description |
Our client, an integral part of the Prince Edward Island health care system, is looking for an experienced Receptionist to join their Charlottetown team for a part-time long term contract position. |
| Responsibilities |
Working with the Office Administrator and reporting to the General Manager, the Receptionist is responsible for providing reception support and superior service to customers. In addition your responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
- Processing customer billing in a timely and effective manner;
- Updating customer information such as address changes;
- Act as the first point of contact for the organization;
- Complete other administrative duties as required.

| Requirements |
- 2 - 3 years Reception/Administration experience required;
- Post secondary education in office support/administration is an asset;
- Pervious experience working as a Medical Administrator would be beneficial;
- Minimum typing speed of 45wpm;
- Strong computer skills including a knowledge of MS Word and Excel;
- Excellent phone manner and switchboard experience is a must;
- Ability to multitask and pay strong attention to detail;
- Must be able to take initiative and hit the ground running;
- Has a professional manner and understands the importance of client confidentiality;
- Will be able to work flexible and changing day-time hours between 8:00am and 5:00pm, average of 25 - 30 hours per week.
