We are currently seeking commissioned franchisees for locations throughout Atlantic Canada.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Day to day operations of site, in excess of a million dollar asset
• Upholding standards to ensure superior customer service
• Execution and management of sales and merchandising program
• Managing and controlling inventory
• Hiring, managing and developing your employees to deliver excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of retail, grocery food service or gas experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education, preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Dedication and commitment to investing the time required for personal success w
