In this dynamic and rewarding position, you will play a key role in SwiftRadius' growth as we expand our .Net Development Practice. You will work with customers to fully understand their needs and to develop innovative solutions to meet those needs. You will work closely with our clients to develop technology solutions that will meet their needs today and that will adapt to their needs in the future.

The Requirements

Our ideal candidate is a strong team player with a university degree in computer science (or equivalent) and a proven track record of truly understanding and gathering customer requirements. You have a long history of delivering solutions using object-oriented technologies.  You are recognized for your ability to develop innovative .Net solutions that meet or exceed client needs on time.  You have a strong development background in .Net technologies. You have experience with web-application and web-service development, and strong experience with databases such as Oracle, MS-SQL, DB2, and MySQL.  Experience with Agile techniques, such as test driven development and continuous integration, as well as experience with Service Oriented Architecture approaches and technologies would be assets.
