Tech Support High Speed Internet

ICT group Inc. has a friendly call center located in Miramichi. ICT has several opportunities for Inbound Tech Support positions within our High Speed Internet program that are now currently available and we are seeking friendly, eager, and energetic individuals to fill these positions. These positions are permanent.
The Opportunity:
ICT is seeking employees to start April 21st and May 5th, (Trouble shooting HS Internet connections and answering customer inquiries and product issues, assisting with any service issues and other customer service issues as required). Expected hours of operation: 24 hours, 7 days a week. No Sales.
Your Qualifications:
If you are at least 18 years of age, have your High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience, enjoy customer service work, have excellent skills and knowledge and are flexible about the hours that you work: We want to speak with you!
