Manpower is currently recruiting for Inbound Customer Service Representatives for a local Fredericton company.  These are full time temporary indefinite positions with the possibility of extensions and permanent placements.  These positions are all full-time hours that will be paid at a competitive hourly rate. You must be out going and enthusiastic and have a passion for people. 

Requirements:

• Superior English communication skills are a must
  Have completed High School Diploma (University Degree or any other Post-Secondary programs an asset)
• Have very effective telephone skills
• Previous contact centre/customer service experience is an asset
• Professional and mature with the ability to develop quality customer service relationships quickly
• Must be a self-motivated team player, with a positive can-do attitude and solid work ethic
• Excellent interpersonal skills

In this Customer Service role, you will be responsible for dealing directly with the end-consumer regarding a variety of products and solutions. You will be responsible to handle inbound and outbound calls relating to a variety of products and topics.
