My client, a leading Atlantic Canadian based Business to Business sales organization, is currently seeking experienced sales professionals or recent post secondary graduates who desire a sales career that offers excellent earning potential, educational opportunities and career advancement in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Employ effective sales techniques to match your product and services to specific client needs
  • Identify and develop proposals for prospective accounts and secure them as new customers
  • Ongoing review and support of client's needs and exceeding their expectations with overall level of service provided

Skills & Abilities:

  • Proven customer service skills
  • Strong entrepreneurial attitude
  • Keen desire to be involved in a sales driven business
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the sales process
  • Ability to understand the concept of selling "tailored services" which match specific client needs.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.  Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements
  • Minimum 1 year business to business account management sales experience
  • Valid General Insurance and industry accreditations such as CAIB & CIP would be considered assets to this position
