Description:
The primary function of the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to provide quality client service in a timely manner. CSR is responsible for fully understanding the insurance products being offered on behalf of HGI while facilitating the insurance process and administering change requests.
General responsibilities include taking client calls or meeting with the customer, reviewing and advising clients on policies and procedures and corresponding with various insurance company underwriters. As the first point of contact with our customers, you will exercise initiative in promptly satisfying the clients request and providing exceptional customer service.
Other job functions include providing quotes, entering client information into an electronic system, resolving exception situations, and maintaining accurate records
The CSR will report directly to the Underwriting Manager.

Underwriting License or willing to complete license within specified time frame
