Written applications are invited for the full-time position of Nurse Manager, Operating Room at the Saint John Regional Hospital. The purpose of this position is to ensure the provision of quality care to patients utilizing an interdisciplinary team of health care professionals, in accordance with the mission, values, strategic directions and policies established by Atlantic Health Sciences Corporation. The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor of Nursing Degree supplemented by at least three year's experience of progressive supervisory and management roles preferably in an operating room environment. Demonstrated administrative skills such as leadership, communication, sound judgement, decision making, critical thinking, problem solving and the ability to organize and direct an interdisciplinary team are also required.
