Our client, is in immediate need
of an extremely professional Senior Administrative Assistant to provide support to the
senior management team in its Moncton office.
Successful candidates must possess excellent organizational and
communication skills and focus primarily on supporting the personal
productivity of the senior management team by scheduling appointments and
meetings and other general administration needs essential to the effective
office operations.
Other responsibilities include identifying priorities and undertaking
appropriate action, preparation of letters, reports and other documentation,
ensuring all deadlines are met for time-sensitive material, assisting with billing
and collections, coordinating travel arrangements, generating various reports
from the firm’s time and billing system and filing, faxing and photocopying.
Strong internal/external customer service skills and advanced knowledge and
experience with Microsoft Office Suite are also essential.
A very high degree of accuracy in typing is required and applicants are
cautioned that there a steep learning curve to this role and constant deadlines
to meet.
A post-secondary education in office administration is required with a
least three years experience in an administrative role or equivalent
combination of education and experience. Applicants must have a keen
desire to learn and the ability to focus on the task at home amid regular
interruptions.
