Salesperson/New Home Consultant

We are currently recruiting a Salesperson to support growth plans for our newest sales centre in Moncton, New Brunswick. The Salesperson will be responsible for guiding customers through the home buying process, from their first visit to the site to the final set up of their new home.  In addition to customer service and follow up, the Salesperson will be involved in client needs and marketing analysis and finalizing sales contracts

We are seeking the following qualifications and attributes:

• Results driven – thrives in a demanding environment where multi-tasking is the norm
• Positive attitude and ability to adapt to change quickly
• Knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing practices and principles
• Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
• Effective time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Grade XII or equivalent
• Post secondary education in business or sales or proven experience in sales, preferably in the housing industry

The successful candidate must have the ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
