The Ideal Candidate You will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. this person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a small office of diverse people and programs.

The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Expert levle written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important.
Job Description You will be responsible for heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as consultants, to corrdinate a variety of complex executive meetings. You will be required to answer phones and direct all incoming calls to appropriate parties promptly and efficiently, communicate and ahndle incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the partners, assist with preparation of presentation materials, review and summarize miscellansious reports and documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mail as necessary. You will assist in pipeline/forecast preparation and management and prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneiously and follow through on issues in a timely manner, arrange trael schedule and reservations for executive management as needed and work closely with the partners to coordinate and launch hard copy or email campaigns to consultants, clients and potential clients.

Requirements The successful candidate will have 5+ years experience supporting at the executive level, excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings. Experience assisting management with the creation of PowerPoint presentations, strong knowledge fo MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPint and Outlook, Expreience scheduling travel arrangements for management is a must.

Strong preference will be given to those individuals with experience ina professional sales and marketing environment who has successfully created or modified processes along with a bachelor degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
Compensation 31k - 35k ($15-$17.50/hr)
Compensation and Benefits Details Full medical, dental and optical benefits along with 2 weeks paid vacation minimum.
