Our client, a prominent Real Estate company, is seeking a Closing Administrator for their Halifax head office. This is a permanent opportunity.
As the Closing Administrator, you will assist in inputting and closing real estate transactions. You will work with two other administrators supporting a team of 125 agents in the HRM area.
As the ideal candidate, you have relevant post-secondary education as well as two years experience in an administrative support role. You have basic accounting knowledge and/or accounts receivable or accounts payable experience. You are detail oriented with excellent time management skills and are able to prioritize a variety of tasks. You have a proven ability to effectively communicate and enjoy working in a team environment.
