Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by counseling consumers on the phone (inbound/outbound) on health-related programs.
• Communicate clearly and accurately by following scripts and processes.
• Document accurately and with attention to privacy.
• Provide support as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Two to three years of customer service experience
• Three to five years experience in the work force
• Contact centre experience
• Must be bilingual (English/French, written and spoken)
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multi-task
