Our client, a privately owned company in the construction industry, is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for their Bedford office.  This is a contract opportunity with potential for permanent.

As a part of the accounting team, you will be responsible for matching invoices and packing slips to purchase orders, preparing invoices for coding, filing, and other accounts payable and administrative support duties as required.

As the ideal candidate, you have a post-secondary education at the college or university level combined with two years’ experience which has provided you with an understanding of the accounts payable process.  Experience using Microsoft Office and regular access to a vehicle are required.  With above average interpersonal skills and attention to detail, you are a mature, flexible individual with the ability to work well both in a team environment and independently.
