Reporting to the Director, Financial Reporting, the successful candidate will manage the implementation of new property management software. Coordinating the efforts of the software supplier’s implementation team, you will work with individuals throughout every facet of the organization and play an instrumental role in this critical project. Responsibilities will include project reporting, report development, process development and implementation, budget/cost management and reporting, and other general project duties.

The ideal candidate will possess a professional accounting designation (CA, CMA, CGA) and a minimum of five years post designation experience at the senior accounting and finance level. Your track record and accomplishments demonstrate that you are an effective communicator with strong deadline management and problem resolution skills. Combining the ability to think strategically while providing hands-on support with advanced knowledge of financial reporting, new systems implementation and internal controls/processes is required. In addition, you are effective at maintaining a balance between service delivery, planning, testing and budgetary controls.
