Job Title: Content QA Analyst

Role Description: As a Content Quality Assurance Analyst at PQA Ltd. you will be involved in reviewing instructional content.  You will be required to pay close attention to detail, adhere to defined standards, and generate bug and defect reports.

General Responsibilities:

• Review online material and identify bugs and other defects as required
• Continually monitor the application of guidelines for the improvement of scripts in the areas of writing style, instructional flow, and conformance with standards
• Work in a quick, timely fashion and meet established deadlines
• Other duties as assigned

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor of Education, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, or another related field
• Working knowledge of Canada's two official languages would be considered an asset
• Technical background and experience in quality issues
• Flexibility, self-motivation, the capacity to focus on routine tasks, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Strong English grammar skills would be considered an asset
• Strong management, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to navigate and work through challenges with a positive attitude
