Manpower is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Technical Help Desk Representative for a local Saint John company.  This is a full-time position that will be paid at a competitive hourly rate. You must be out going and enthusiastic and have a passion for people. 

Requirements:

  • Be fluent in both French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication in both languages
  • Have completed a College or University Degree or any other Post-Secondary programs in an IT related field
  • Must be certified in 1 or more of the following: A+, C++, MCP, or MCP+1
  • Must have 1-2 years experience in customer service in a systems environment
  • Must possess strong communication skills, listening skills and have experience dealing with the public

In this Bilingual Technical Help Desk role, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving user problems associated with customer accounts, provide customer service and first level technical resolution for operational, network, mainframe, PC or service related incidents or problems.
