Our client is seeking a Structural Geology Consultant for their Toronto office. The successful candidate will have:

• A graduate degree specializing in the structural geology of ore deposits
• Professional Registration as a P. Geo of P.Eng
• A minimum of 10 years experience in field-oriented, belt to deposit scale, structural mapping, analysis and interpretation of mineralized systems
• A strong theoretical background, with demonstrated competence in realizing practical outcomes
• Proficiency with GIS mapping and 3D modeling software
• Proven ability to independently (or as part of a team) generate, implement and complete multiple work assignments in a dynamic environment
• Effective written and oral communication skills

Preference will be given to candidates residing in North America.
 
The successful candidate will consult on projects for North American and international clients. Assignments will include structural analysis and interpretation of controls on a variety of geological systems to support exploration targeting, resource modeling, mine operational performance, and engineering studies; evaluation of exploration and mining projects as part of due diligence and independent technical reporting projects.
 
In addition to technical issues, the successful candidate will be expected to establish and maintain client relationships, and work in a team environment. This position requires strong networking and communications skills, and sound interpersonal capabilities are therefore essential.
