Day to day responsibility for leading labour relations for a multi site heavy manufacturing business that is committed to improving labour relations and employee engagement and alignment of employees around achieving continuous improvement goals.
Qualifications:
- Relevant undergraduate degree
- Minimum 2 years relevant labour relations experience
- Proven track record of improving employee engagement through progressive Labour Relations Management
