Clearwater Seafoods Limited Partnership is seeking an Inventory Clerk for their live lobster operations in their Bedford office.  Reporting to the Controller, Lobster Division, the responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Daily recap of inventory
• Entering and posting daily receiving and shipping entries in inventory and accounting systems
• Daily inventory reconciliations
• Weekly and monthly reconciliation reports
• Process purchasing documents and prepare vendor payments
• Communicate purchase and payment details between operations manager and vendors

As the ideal candidate you will have:

• Experience with Microsoft Great Plains inventory module.
• Two years of inventory experience.
• A university degree with a major in accounting will be considered an asset. 

You will have a solid understanding of inventory movement, a high attention to detail, the ability to multi task, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

The successful applicant will have strong organizational and time management skills as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.
