Job Description:
The BelTek solution is a highly technical software and hardware solution that is used by our customers as a mission critical application. It is our responsibility to ensure that the solution works as expected and when expected. We are seeking a qualified and experienced candidate to join our Customer Service Team as a Technical Product Consultant to make sure our responsibilities are achieved.
The Technical Product Consultant has the responsibility of maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by solving our customer's problems. We answer our customer's questions; assist in training their end users, and find and reproduce customer reported bugs in our software (yes, from time to time we do find a bug in our code).

Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in maintaining BelTek's high level of Customer Satisfaction
- Diagnose and resolve customer technology problems
- Reproduce, document, and submit any reported issues
- Become a "subject matter expert" with regards to the BelTek suite of products
- Provide training to the end users of our software
- Support our internal staff with hardware and software technical questions
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in a software development environment, preferably supporting or training users on computer software and/or hardware
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and group skills
- Very strong analytical and problem solving skills
- An understanding of accounting systems and procedures
- An understanding of software development processes
- Microsoft SQL Server and/or C++ / C# programming experience would be considered a definite asset
- Candidates must have successfully completed a post secondary education with a focus on Business Administration, Computer Sciences or an equivalent combination of experience in these areas
