In this Inside Sales position, you will:

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed assigned sales quota's once a territory is assigned.
  • Solution sell to the small business market ADP's suite of products and services.
  • Develop assigned sales channels in development of a strong pipeline.
  • Cultivate existing client relations in the pursuit of cross selling and up selling clients.
  • Work with your Sales Manager to establish sales strategies enable consistent success.

A successful candidate will possess the following:

Requirements:

  • University Degree/College Diploma or related work experience.
  • Experience in a corporate environment, preferred sales experience (Minimum 1 year)
  • Demonstrated success in Sales
  • Ability to communicate effectively, build relationships, and close business over the telephone
  • Highly engaged/ self-motivated individual with an enthusiastic attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and a high degree of flexibility to address changing client needs
  • Results/ Goal oriented (driven to succeed and excel set goals)
