Bilingual Call Centre Representative

Adecco Employment Services, the world's largest and most successful HR Solutions organization is currently recruiting a Bilingual Call Centre Representative for our client located in Dartmouth. Our client provides propane/oil/gas products and services to both residential and commercial clients. This is an excellent opportunity and starts tentatively on October 6, 2008.

Responsibilities

As CCR in Dartmouth, you would be responsible for making outbound calls and providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidates must be bilingual in French and English and able to work in a fast paced call centre environment and be able to identify and appropriately handle all customer complaints. The work schedule is Tuesday through Friday 4 pm – 10pm, and Saturdays 11am- 5pm.

Requirements

The successful candidates should have a minimum of one year working in a fast paced call centre environment. Qualifications include professional communication skills, strong time management and organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Must interact effectively with others and find amicable solutions that meet the customer's needs and our client's business requirements.

Compensation: $ 13.00 per hour
