(Nursing Grads can work as Grad RN’s until Prov Nursing Exam Complete).

RN General Responsibilities:

Accountable for the coordination and delivery of quality nursing care on designated nursing units.  Through use of the nursing process and therapeutic relationships, the RN delivers, oversees, and directs the planning, implementation, and evaluation of resident care on his/her tour of duty.

RN Qualifications:

• School/College of Nursing 
• Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of NS. 
• CPR certification and WHMIS yearly. 
• Experience In Long Term Care an asset.
