Summary:
Our client is looking for a skilled administrator to join its team in St. John’s, NL.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform complex administrative tasks, including managing projects.
- Provide administrative support and quality customer service to two senior managers.
Essential Skills:
- Post secondary education in Business Administration or diploma in Office Administration.
- Three years related experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Able to work in a diverse and more complex environment.
- Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and superior organizational skills are imperative to this challenging position.
- Able to multi-task, co-ordinate activities, take initiative, and be a team player.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
- Employee must have security clearance before they can start employment.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Temporary – Part Time, 37 ½ hours biweekly
Pay Rate: $12.00/hr
Schedule: 8:30am – 4:30pm; Week One – 2 days; Week Two – 3 days.
