We are currently seeking an experienced professional for the position of Human Resources Manager to join our Human Resources Team in our Saint John Centre. Your experience will support the various facets of Human Resources that we manage for both our Saint John and Fredericton Centres.  Reporting to the Regional Director of Human Resources, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the organization is compliant with laws through consistent application, communication and interpretation of regulations and company policies, procedures and rules relating to all aspects of employment and health & safety.  Your expertise will be required to identify and develop solutions that support the success of the business unit partners’ short and long-term strategies.  In this role you would lead, promote and facilitate team development by taking appropriate action to ensure supporting systems are in place and applied.  Also, your role would include designing and adapting processes, setting standards, and overseeing quality / integrity of Human Resources processes.

Qualifications for this position include a minimum of five years of Human Resource management experience, a university degree (preferably in business administration), or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A CHRP designation would be considered an asset. Strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into HR solutions are all critical success factors for this position.
