Senior Billing Administrator
One Year Term Position

We currently have an opening for a highly motivated fulltime Senior Billing Administrator to work in our Saint John location. This exciting career opportunity awaits you in our dynamic team-spirited IT support environment. The Senior Billing Administrator is responsible for:

Analyzing data provided by the Hotel Finance group for our monthly revenue stream process

Accurately identifying charges for recurring fees and miscellaneous other fees as outlined in their license agreements

Reviewing monthly recurring Software billing reports, DirecWay billing reports and Hardware billing reports provided by Finance, analyze and modify billing amounts as necessary (approx 4200 properties)

Proactively identifying sites to be added to recurring billing that fell off due to termination, changes in entity, etc.

Performing routine billing audits on quotes to set up new installations

Answering billing inquiries (from Franchisee's and other internal departments), approving credits without Management consent
Qualifications
-
Minimum of two years of accounting / budgeting experience and/or education

Expert knowledge of Excel

Proven analytical, problem solving, verbal and written communications skills.

Proven internal and external customer service skills

Strong organizational skills is a key success factor for this position

Ability to handle multiple requests under pressure
