Nurse Supervisor (part-time) - Charlotte County Hospital
Written applications are invited for the part-time position of Nurse Supervisor for the 44 bed, Charlotte County Hospital, located in beautiful St. Stephen, New Brunswick. The nursing supervisor position is a senior administrative position reporting to the facility administrator. The supervisor is responsible to oversee the delivery of patient care that promotes safety and well being of all patients throughout the building on the assigned shift. The successful candidate must be registered or eligible for registration with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick and possess a Bachelor of Nursing Degree along with Advanced Cardiac Life Support. Pediatric Advanced Life Support and Trauma Nursing core courses would also be an asset. Demonstrated administrative skills such as leadership, communication, sound judgement, decision making, critical thinking, problem solving and the ability to organize and direct an interdisciplinary team are also required.
