Office Administration Clerk

We have an opening for an Office Administration Clerk in the Moncton, New Brunswick area. The successful applicant will be required to prepare reports, store, update and retrieve financial data, provide information to staff and the general public.

The success applicant will be customer service orientated and professional while being comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and paying close attention to detail.

Skills that a applicant must possess are: reading text, document use, numeracy, writing, oral communication, working with others, problem solving, critical thinking, significant use of memory, finding information and computer applications.

The successful applicant will have solid working knowledge of: Windows, General office equipment, Electronic Mail, Electronic scheduler, MS Word, Spreadsheet software, MS Excel, Database software, Internet browser.

Criminal record check is required.
