Reporting to the Regional Service Manager, the Technical Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries and requests to ensure the effective assignment, confirmation and completion of Technical Service activities for the assigned area.
The successful candidate must possess a high level of customer service experience while being able to maintain this level throughout all roles of their assignments.
- They will be the customer's primary point of contact for telephone inquires for Technical Service information and arraignments.
- Provide reliable information to customer with respect to booking and confirmations.
- Follow up with customers when circumstances impact their scheduled delivery time.
- Accurate, concise and timely entries to the Service Workbench.
- Build positive, collaborative relationships with all points of contact including customer, Service Technicians and fellow team members.
Requirements:
- Grade 12, relevant post-secondary education
- Previous technical experience
- Proven ability to provide accuracy in all customer related information
- Works well in a fast-paced environment, supporting team members to benefit the customer service goals
- Intermediate computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office including Access
- Proven customer-focused work style with strong organizational skills
