Advantage Personnel is currently recruiting for our client, who is in the insurance industry.  We are looking for a Claim Service Representative to be based in Saint John and will service Southern New Brunswick.

Responsibilities:

• Receive inbound calls investigating, negotiating and settling auto/property claims and tasks.
• Secure information by signed statements and reports from insured, third parties, witnesses and other key experts.
• Assess and evaluate entitlement and losses
• Prepare accurate letters and reports
• Work with direct supervision, within given authority

• Pleasant telephone manners

Qualification:

• University degree/college diploma
