We are currently looking to add the talents of an IT Business Analyst to our team. 

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• University degree with a minimum of 3 years progressive experience in business systems analysis.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills in English and French.
• Experience participating in workshops and training sessions.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong customer focus and understanding of adding value.
• Strong written and oral communication skills to communicate effectively with people at different organizational levels.
• Ability to balance strategic design goals against immediate business objectives.
• Experience writing Use Cases.

Job Role and Responsibilities

• Consult with clients and system end-users to identify and document their business and system requirements.
• Identify, develop, test and implement new technologies to improve service and enhance value for our customers.
• Identify and advise on business and technology trends that create opportunities for business improvement.
• Develop business cases for systems by analyzing the requirements, feasibility, costs, risks, design and specifications.
• Develop functional and technical specifications for applications development, design and implementation.
• Develop and implement test plans and strategies.
• Provide effective training, coaching and mentoring to the client regarding change management.
• Contribute to the creation of effective tools and methods for management consulting and change management.

Additional Assets

• Experience in implementation and support of clinical information systems.
• Service Oriented Architecture and User-Centered Design experience.
• Knowledge of Project Management skills and methodologies.
