Our client, a well-established and diversified family owned and operated company, is currently in search of an enthusiastic, dynamic and goal-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant for its Moncton-based operation on a full-time permanent basis.
Job duties include answering calls, determining and establishing office procedures, filing, preparing contracts, invoicing, bookkeeping, accounts receivables and accounts payables.
The successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, have the ability to multi-task and prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Knowledge of MS Office and experience in accounting are also required.
