Sushi Trained Cook

The successful candidate must have good communication skills, maintain a clean work environment and be comfortable on all positions of the line. The position has been designed to maintain and execute high standards of quality in food preparation with quick service output.

Other qualifications include:

-    Specialist knowledge in sushi making and presentation
-    Minimum 2 years experience in high volume dining establishments.
-    Training from a recognized cooking school.
-    Knowledge of food and food trends.
-    Well organized and can multi-task.
-    Thrive under pressure.
