Job description:
· Answer calls
· Determine and establish office procedures
· filing
· prepare contracts
· invoicing
· bookkeeping
· Accounts receivables
· Accounts payables
Requirements:
· Great interpersonal skills
· multi tasker
· ability to prioritize
· able to work well in a fast paced environment
· Good knowledge of MS Office
· experience in clerical accounting
