District Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
- Control and influence sales, revenues, loss prevention and expenses by leading store managers to drive sales and deliver profitable results
- Ensure customer service standards are delivered to company standards
- Execute detailed visual plans in multiple locations executing visual standards and marketing in all stores.
- Oversee weekly product changes accurately on a weekly basis
- Ensure the Brand awareness is delivered
- Deliver all training programs and business strategies to multiple store locations
- Measure weekly KPI reports and coach teams to success
- Meet and exceed sales, profit, and wage targets
- Review and analyze relevant financial data and develop course of action.
- Hiring, training and development of top talent in retail market.
- Communicate and implement corporate policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to deliver sales results in a multi unit team
- Excellent leadership and communication – proven examples of success
- Results-oriented with success in increasing sales and profits
- Business oriented and committed to superior customer service
- University degree in Business and/or College diploma
- 2 + years District Sales Management experience
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office suite and report analysis
- Valid drivers license and able to travel extensively in Atlantic Canada
