Who Are We Seeking?

With 5 locations opening in 2008, we now have an opportunity for experienced and talented sales leaders with a passion for fitness and a proven record of success to join our team as Club Sales Managers.  In this role, you will report to the Regional Sales Manager and provide excellent leadership, motivation, and guidance to our club sales team, inspiring maximum performance and revenue achievement.

Requirements:

  • 2 years experience in the area of Sales Management
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in a related discipline
  • Proven success in sales achievement
  • Established devotion to an active, fitness lifestyle
  • Excellent leadership skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and supervision for sales team (Membership and Personal Training)
  • Contribute to club’s overall success through personal sales achievement
  • Recruit, develop and retain a strong team, reaching consistent performance milestones
  • Conduct daily and weekly performance meetings with sales staff
  • Prepare documentation and reporting for sales, new staff, etc.
  • Additional duties as required
