Job Description
Looking for an Experienced Telephone Technician with proven working knowledge of Mitel and/or NEC telephone systems and voicemail.
Responsibilities
The successful Candidate must have excellent customer service and conflict management skills. Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Requirements
The Candidate must be innovative and able to work in a fast paced environment with constantly changing conditions. Must have a valid driver's license, be willing to travel and be on-call on a rotating schedule.
Must have good knowledge of Telephone Systems and IP Telephony. Needs to have a strong back ground in networking and computer hardware.
